Acquisition Of Santa Fe's Casa Pueblo Inn to Become Companys Third Resort in the State
ORLANDO, Fla. 12-06-2007 — Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the worlds largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), today announced the acquisition of Casa Pueblo Inn located in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 138 Park Avenue Partnership and 513 W. San Francisco Partnership. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Featuring a native Southwest pueblo-inspired design, the hotel will be transformed into a 32- room boutique-style resort with a combination of standard studio and one- bedroom units. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of Santa Fes city center as well as a number of art galleries and restaurants.
