Wyndham Vacation Ownership Celebrates Its Worldmark By Wyndham Brand Eclipsing 250000 Owner Mark

ORLANDO, Fla. 06-21-2007 — Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the worlds largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN) today announced that its WorldMark by Wyndham consumer brand has surpassed the quarter-million owner mark.  WorldMark by Wyndham markets and sells a credits-based vacation ownership program, WorldMark, The Club, which enables members to redeem their credits in the WorldMark network of resorts.

During its 17 years in operation, WorldMark by Wyndham has experienced substantial growth in both number of owners and resorts, having welcomed an average of about 14,700 owners a year.  Today, WorldMark owners have access to more than 4,800 condominium-style units in more than 60 resorts throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

“WorldMarks growth is a testament to both the value of vacation ownership and, as the developer, our continued dedication to providing our owners with the most robust vacation experiences in highly sought after destinations,” said Franz Hanning, president and CEO, Wyndham Vacation Ownership. “As our owner base continues to grow, our top priority remains to add more resorts and vacation options to ensure our 250,000 WorldMark owners receive a high quality ownership experience for many years to come.”

In 1989, Trendwest Resorts, Inc., now operating as WorldMark by Wyndham, formed Club Esprit which owned, operated and maintained the property purchased and developed by World Mark by Wyndham.  Beginning operations with only three units at three separate properties in Oregon, in 1992, the Club Esprit name was changed to WorldMark, The Club.  By its fifth year of operation, the business had grown to 324 vacation units in 24 resorts.

WorldMark by Wyndham continues to experience growth as it continues to develop and add new resorts into WorldMark, The Club.  In 2006, WorldMark Midway in Utah, WorldMark San Diego and WorldMark Indio in California opened, and construction is under way at resorts such as WorldMark Yellowstone in Montana and WorldMark Steamboat Springs in Colorado.
