SRG acquires, develops, and markets projects for its own account as well as providing sales and marketing, development and management expertise to other hospitality operators, landowners and builders. SRG also provides financing assistance and can become a strategic investor in instances where the company is involved in the development, marketing or management of a project.

With more than three decades in marketing with much of it in the leisure resort industry, Chris Tivey has long specialized in the area of resort marketing with clients such as AIG Insurance, Lowe Enterprises, Intrawest Corporation, Hines Resort Development, Aoki Corporation, Franz Klammer Lodge, Sun Peaks Resort, Greystone Properties and The Worlds Finest Resorts.

According to the SRG CEO, Carl Berry, “Chris has always been influential in steering the development of the company and with his new role he will have the opportunity to direct Stars projects to ensure their successful sellouts. Chris deck of experiences includes all aspects of marketing and market positioning in addition to project management, managing and assembling effective project teams as well as sales supervision.”
