Integration of the two destination clubs to be completed end-of-December

As part of this joint venture, The Leading Residences of the World destination club will combine with Quintess, becoming: Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World. This partnership along with Septembers merger of Quintess and Dream Catcher Retreats, further solidifies Quintess position as the finest luxury destination club in the world with over 280 members, a wider range of exceptional global travel experiences, and 49 homes in 26 of the worlds most coveted and desirable resort and city destinations. The deal is expected to close by the end of December.

As part of this exclusive arrangement, the two companies will work together to develop residential properties for Quintess members at Leading Hotels. Also, the two companies will enter into an exclusive marketing arrangement and all Quintess members will have the option to become members of The Leading Hotels of the Worlds highly acclaimed Leaders Club program – a customized level of benefits has been created especially for Club members, for no additional charge.
