DENVER and WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 20, 2005) – Exclusive Resorts, the leader in the rapidly growing luxury residence club category, today announced its significant expansion in four North American mountain destinations: Vail, Colorado; Deer Valley, Utah; Lake Tahoe, California and Whistler, British Columbia. The addition of these luxury residences further enhances the vacation experience for Exclusive Resorts members by expanding the industrys largest collection of multi-million dollar vacation homes.
The most recent mountain expansion consists of 28 luxury residences, most of which the club has already made available to members. The new residences in Vail are under construction and will open in late 2007.

Vail, Colorado
The Arrabelle at Vail Square, part of a complete redevelopment of the area formerly known as Lionshead, is the most sought-after real estate in the Vail Valley. Exclusive Resorts is the only luxury residence club under contract at The Arrabelle, having secured 10 of these fantastic residences in the heart of the new European-style ski village.
