Agassi-Graf Next Generation Tennis & Fitness Centers to Be Launched
Agassi and Graf to Enhance Tennis and Fitness Program for Exclusive Resorts Members
DENVER and LAS VEGAS, September 25, 2006 – Exclusive Resorts, the worlds leading luxury destination club, today announced that it has formed a partnership with tennis legend Andre Agassi. Together, Exclusive Resorts and Agassi Graf Development LLC announced plans to co-develop luxury resort real estate, design Agassi-Graf Tennis and Fitness Centers, and enhance the tennis and fitness experiences for Exclusive Resorts members as they travel the world.

The Agassi – Exclusive Resorts partnership has four major components:
Real Estate Development: Agassi-Graf Development plans to partner with Exclusive Resorts to develop new resort communities where state-of-the-art tennis and fitness facilities are central amenities. Exclusive Resorts plans to develop homes in these new communities and make them available to members as part of its award-winning offering.
Agassi-Graf Tennis and Fitness Centers: At selected Exclusive Resorts destinations, Agassi Graf Development and the Club plan to partner to construct Agassi-Graf Tennis & Fitness Centers. These centers, representing the highest-quality family fitness and tennis education facilities, are being designed to enhance the vacation experience for Exclusive Resorts members.
Senior Advisor to Exclusive Resorts: Agassi will also become a senior advisor to the company, helping it to develop its tennis and fitness programs for members, while also consulting on destination selection and facility design. Agassi will provide a newsletter for Exclusive Resorts members about enhancing tennis and fitness activities for their families.
Special Event – Poro Poro Grand Opening:: Exclusive Resorts will use the early 2007 grand opening of its flagship members-only Poro-Poro resort in Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica, as a benefit for the Agassi Foundation. Selected Foundation donors will have the opportunity to meet and play tennis with Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf at Poro Poro, get tennis tips from them, and offer their support for the Foundations vital initiatives.
