Markers Members Gain Access to More Than 200 Private Country Clubs Nationwide

(ST. GEORGE, UTAH) – April 2, 2007 – The Markers, the first club to combine the benefits of private golf club membership with the amenities of a destination club, announces today that it has acquired an equity interest in the Private Club Network, the nations largest independent club-to-club reciprocal network. The partnership preserves the right for members of The Markers to enjoy access to a network of more than 200 private golf clubs in 38 states.

April 1, 2007 - Private Escapes Destination Clubs has a long-standing relationship with Travel + Leisure Golf, a magazine published by American Express, and as part of a new advertising contract, PEDC was gifted a foursome at the companys “2007 U.S. Open Preview Day” at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. Private Escapes held a lottery for the two spots and the lucky winners were Tom Porth of Waterloo, Iowa and Curtis Chin of Kaneohe, Hawaii (on Oahu).
