Columbus, OH - January 16, 2007 -NetJets Aviation (NJA) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) today signed a new five year labor agreement between NetJets and its maintenance workers.  The maintenance workers represented by the IBT, Local 284, overwhelmingly voted to accept the tentative labor agreement agreed late last year.

The new contract calls for enhanced pay and benefits, an increase in maintenance workforce in Columbus over the term of the agreement and details a mutual commitment to a labor partnership that will support NetJets' service commitment to owners.  The contract, which commenced on January 4, 2007, becomes amendable in January 2012.

Present at the signing, which took place at NetJets operations center in Columbus, Ohio, were NetJets Aviation Chairman, Richard Santulli; NetJets Aviation Vice President Labor and Employee Services, Rose Doria;  IBT Associate Director of Airline Division, Mark Luthi; and IBT Local 284 President, Allen Price.

Richard Santulli said, "This agreement reflects NetJets commitment to the highest standards of flight safety and maintenance and the vital role of NetJets' maintenance workers in upholding these standards.  This newly negotiated contract is in addition to recent labor agreements with our pilots and flight attendants.  With these three agreements in place, we look forward to a collaborative and harmonious labor environment that will enable us all to look to the future and experience continued growth."

NetJets Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of NetJets Inc. The operations center is located in Columbus, Ohio.  All aircraft offered fractionally in the United States, with the exception of the Gulfstream large cabin and BBJ fleets, are operated by NetJets Aviation.
