CLEVELAND, Ohio March 20, 2008 - Flight Options, the world's most innovative private jet company, recently named three new vice presidents to its leadership team. Tony Ferrante joins the company as Vice President, Sales-East, Rusty Hood comes onboard as Vice President and General Counsel, and Ralph Knull is Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations.
"We are particularly pleased that all three have come to us locally," Mr. Scheeringa added. "Strengthening ties with our Northeast Ohio communities is very important to us."
In his role, Tony Ferrante will lead the company's sales efforts for the eastern half of the United States. He will oversee sales of the Flight Options portfolio of products, including Fractional First™, JetPASS membership and aircraft management.
Before coming to Flight Options, Tony was with The Halex Company, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Ferrante has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
In his new position, Rusty Hood will oversee all facets of the Legal, Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs functions at Flight Options.
Most recently, Mr. Hood served as Senior Legal Counsel with TravelCenters of America in Cleveland. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Case Western Reserve University School of Law and received his BA in English, with honors, from the College of Wooster.
In his role, Ralph Knull will lead the company's efforts in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits and labor relations.
Mr. Knull previously served as Director of Legal Affairs at Sysco Food Services of Cleveland, Inc. Ralph's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law, a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College.
