Flight Options Names New Vice President

CLEVELAND (July 24, 2006) – Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractional shares in business aircraft and a Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), announced today that the Company has named Shirley A. Kaufman as vice president of Human Resources.

In her role, Ms. Kaufman will lead the Companys initiatives of creating a complete service experience for internal team members. Her role will encompass the Companys human resources, labor relations and corporate communications, in addition to safety and security.

Most recently, Kaufman served as vice president, Human Resources and Labor Relations for America West Airlines. She was responsible for all human resources, corporate security and labor relations; including the role of chief negotiator on a number of labor contracts. Prior to this role, she held the position of Senior Director of Legal Affairs for the airline and before that was a Partner at Brown and Bain law firm in Phoenix. Kaufman received her law degree from Arizona State University where she graduated magna cum laude.
