Agreement Marks Sentient Jet's First Affiliation in Caribbean
Eleuthera, Bahamas (11/06/06) - Cotton Bay Estates & Villas announced today an agreement with Sentient Jet, the leader in private jet membership, making Sentient the preferred provider of private jet travel for Cotton Bay. This agreement is Sentient Jet's first affiliation in the Caribbean. Located on the exclusive Out Island of Eleuthera, Cotton Bay will be home to Starwood's first Luxury Collection property in the Bahamas.

The Sentient Jet Membership program offers guaranteed availability throughout the year for both one-way and round-trip itineraries. With access to a network of certified jets, members have the ability to select the size and category of jet for each and every flight, based on the purpose of that particular trip. Sentient members pay only for the trips that they take, and membership funds on deposit are refundable at any time.

Developed by Cotton Bay Estates & Villas Limited (CBEVL) and opening in late 2007, Cotton Bay Estates offers 114 home sites, from which owners can choose property based upon location and view. Cotton Bay Villas, developed by CBEVL and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, will be a 73-room Luxury Collection boutique hotel. The villas will also be part of the boutique hotel's room inventory.
Cotton Bay will be the first Caribbean property to gain membership to the Audubon program, a prestigious and exclusive initiative honoring environmentally-friendly developments. Cotton Bay's plant nursery and on-site horticulturist will demonstrate the resort's commitment to nature and island preservation. In addition, trees and foliage from cleared land will later be replanted around the resort.
Cotton Bay's 27,000-sq. ft. Clubhouse will open in 2007, with hotel services, including a bar, a restaurant, a fitness center, a retail shop, a business center, a game room and an outdoor swimming pool. The private marina, Davis Harbour, is currently open with 32 slips. Future phases will include expansion of Davis Harbour, an 18-hole championship golf course, a wellness center/spa and additional real estate development. Homeowners will enjoy a myriad of water activities: swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving around exquisite reefs, boating, yachting and fishing, among others. Charter boats, fishing guides and other services will be arranged through Davis Harbour.
