• New Flexjet 25 jet card offers best-in-class benefits, flexibility and value
• Multiple price levels provide unprecedented entry-level cost of $129,900 US
• First jet card program to guarantee flight on the fractional fleet 95 percent of the time
DALLAS, Texas, July 24, 2006 - Bombardier Flexjet, the fractional business jet ownership program of Bombardier Aerospace, and Jet Solutions LLC, the organization operating Flexjet flights under FAA Part 135, have announced the new Flexjet 25 jet card, offering travel-by-the-hour on the exclusive Flexjet fleet of Bombardier Learjet 45, Learjet 60 and Challenger 604 business aircraft. The new card is not only available as a traditional 25-hour program, but also includes options for 30 and 35 hours of flight time.
According to Mr. Lévesque, the Flexjet 25 jet card program combines Flexjet world-class customer service with Jet Solutions industry-leading aircraft operations and Bombardier's superior fleet of business aircraft.
Flexjet 25 jet card owners can choose from four different price levels for each aircraft based on a preset number of travel days per year – ranging from an unrestricted 365-day jet card to a 355-day, 325-day or 275-day jet card. Through August 15, 2006 the 275-day Learjet 45 jet card is being offered at a special introductory price of $129,900 US.
“The Flexjet 25 jet card offers truly advantageous pricing against the competition,” said Mr. Lévesque. “For example, the 275-day jet card is available at unprecedented pricing – never before offered in the fractional card segment – for travelers who anticipate little need to fly during periods of highest demand,” he added.
In addition, the Flexjet 25 jet card uniquely provides a guarantee that card owners will fly on the Flexjet fleet 95 percent of the time or better – a guarantee that mirrors what Flexjet provides to its fractional jet owners. “This guarantee is the only one of its kind and responds to a chief criticism of fractional jet ownership programs and fractional jet cards”, stated Mr. Lévesque. “When people step up to the Flexjet 25 card, they want to know they are flying on the Flexjet fleet and not on a multitude of charter aircraft from a variety of operators.”
Other distinguishing features of the Flexjet 25 jet card include a satisfaction guarantee* promising that card owners will be refunded the remaining portion of their pre-paid balance if they are not completely satisfied after their first flight. Card owners can also take advantage of Flexjets industry-leading secondary service area program, which provides travel to the Caribbean, Bahamas and Bermuda without repositioning charges.
Additional features include options for travel on larger or smaller aircraft using a standard interchange ratio, and the ability to apply unused card program funds toward the purchase of a Flexjet fractional share. Point-to-point international travel can be arranged for jet card owners through Bombardier Skyjet International.
“The Flexjet 25 jet card program offers a more flexible, value-based pricing structure, which also helps us manage demand and maintain the highest levels of service for fractional owners and card owners alike,” said Mr. Lévesque. “Flexjet and Jet Solutions have led the industry in quality, flexibility, innovation and safety of aircraft operations. The Flexjet 25 jet card program enables card owners to take advantage of these benefits, industry-leading service guarantees and the superior Flexjet fleet,” he stated.
