St. Petersburg, FL (May 26, 2006) - Avantair, the exclusive provider of fractional aircraft shares in the Avanti P.180 aircraft, announced today their fleet of Avanti P.180s have received the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved gross take off weight increase modification for the Avanti P.180. “The gross take off weight increase modification is excellent news for our owners. It emphasizes why the Avanti P.180 is the most versatile aircraft in the fractional industry,” said Steven Santo, CEO of Avantair.
The P.180 can now take a full fuel load with four to five passengers and travel to maximum range.
