(OTCBB:AAIR) (OTCBB:AAIRU) (OTCBB:AAIRW) ("Avantair"), the only publicly traded stand-alone fractional aircraft operator, announced today that its Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Tracy Chaplin, has departed the Company and it has promoted Kevin Beitzel to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
